Tykillen Farm is a small family farm beside the bank of the River Slaney in County Wexford. We farm lambs, bees, horses and trees.

Grass swards

Our multi-species grass swards were recently used to illustrate a new handbook launched by the National Federation of Group Water Schemes (NFGWS) that helps identify mitigation actions for farmers to protect drinking water quality. Farming Independent

Tykillen Farm was featuring in the Farming Independent on 28 April 2020 with a story about turning the family sheep farm in Crossabeg, Co Wexford into a biodiverse and innovative farm.
